Areas of expertise

Birgitte Rolighed received her Master of Laws in 1983 and has practiced as an attorney since 1987. Her primary area of practice is real estate litigation, specializing in property rights and defects. She also advises business and private clients on buying and selling real estate, as well as handling the administration of owners’ associations, housing cooperative associations, and rental properties.

Birgitte regularly represents buyers at foreclosure sales. She served on the rent control board of Viborg Municipality from 1994 to 2007.

Birgitte often organizes seminars on topics such as housing law, first-time real estate purchases, and buying a foreclosed house or apartment.

Besides the Scandinavian languages, Birgitte has also mastered English and German.
