Jesper Ernst Kjærgaard received his Master of Laws (LLM) in 1998 and joined LOU Advokatfirma in 2006. He specializes in the field of business law, advising business clients on corporate law, construction law, agricultural law, and the sale and purchase of real estate.

Jesper Ernstalso studied law at the Goethe University Frankfurt. He has taught mediation courses for the Danish Bar and Law Society and has been admitted to the bar of the Danish Supreme Court.
